To size, measure the width of the hand just below the MP joints.

Small:      3" to 3-1/2" (7.6 to 8.9cm) width below MP joints.
Medium:  3-1/2" to 4" (8.9 to 10cm) width below MP joints.
Large:      4" to 4-1/2" (10 to 11cm) width below MP joints.
